Does Debt Assistance store any of my information?

Debt Assistance or it's parent company Center Point Media does not store any of your personal information . Once your information is passed to SecureRights, we are no longer involved. You will not be contacted by Debt Assistance or any of its affiliate websites for any reason.

Why shouldn't I just file for bankruptcy?

Most people file bankruptcy to escape bill collectors. Our tax and debt reduction service providers offer a safe alternative to bankruptcy. Surveys indicate most people would rather not file bankruptcy.

What exactly is unsecured debt?

Can I still use my credit cards?

Can I still apply for new credit cards?

It is definately not recommended If your creditors find out that you have applied for new credit cards, they will assume that you still have money that can be used to pay your existing debt and they will refuse to settle any of your accounts.
