services?
No! we do not provide any type of loan, mortgage financing,
credit card services, debt reduction services, tax services, or
financial services or advice. DebtAssistance helps you fiind
debt and tax related service providers that are willing to help
you deal with your debt or tax problems.
Who is SecureRights?
SecureRights is an independent third party verification service
dedicated to combating fraud and protecting consumer privacy. When
consumers seeking financial products and services submit their
information through websites prominently displaying the SecureRights
logo, SecureRights verifies this consumer information and shares
that information only with providers of those financial products
and services.
Who is LeadPoint?
Leadpoint.com, is a SecureRights affiliated company, that operates
an online marketplace that matches business who provide financial

Does Debt Assistance store any of my information?
Debt Assistance or it's parent company Center Point Media does
not store any of your personal information . Once your information
is passed to SecureRights, we are no longer involved.
You will not be contacted by Debt Assistance or any of its affiliate
websites for any reason.
Why shouldn't I just file for bankruptcy?
Most people
file bankruptcy to escape bill collectors. Our tax and debt reduction
service providers offer a safe alternative to bankruptcy. Surveys
indicate most people would rather not file bankruptcy.
What exactly is unsecured debt?
Unsecured debt
is debt that is not secured by collateral.
Examples of unsecured debt include credit cards, department store
cards, medical bills, and gas cards. In almost all cases these
debts are not secured by collateral such as a home
or car.
Will the debt management programs offer by your partners
stop the harassing phone calls from my creditors?
Once you have established a
normal payment schedule and your creditors are receiving your

does take time before all the creditors realize you have enter

Can I still use my credit cards?
No. You cannot use your credit cards while enrolled in a debt
management program. The objective of these programs is to eliminate
or reduce your existing debt. Your creditors will not agree to
work with you if you continue to
use your cards and accumulate debt.
Can I still apply for new credit cards?
It is definately not recommended If your creditors find out
that you have applied for new credit cards, they will assume
that you still have money that can be used to pay your existing
debt and they will refuse to settle any of your accounts.
